Avid Systems Awarded NASA SEWP VI IT Contract

Washington, D.C. – June 30, 2026 – Avid Systems, an information technology services firm, has been awarded a master contract under NASA's premier government-wide acquisition vehicle, SEWP VI. Selected as an awardee across all three contract tiers: Category A (IT Solutions), Category B (enterprise-wide IT service solutions), and Category C (IT mission-based services), the company is now positioned to provide federal buyers with a complete spectrum of IT products and strategic services.

Because NASA has already conducted the rigorous evaluation process for this $60 billion vehicle, federal agencies can bypass lengthy open-market bidding phases. Government executives can utilize SEWP VI to issue task orders directly to Avid Systems, significantly reducing acquisition timelines and accelerating the deployment of mission-critical technology.

Currently, Avid Systems focuses on building and providing ready-to-deploy solutions tailored for public sector infrastructure. Winning all three SEWP VI categories allows the firm to deliver both the underlying commercial IT products and the strategic engineering services required at the enterprise and program levels. The company delivers a suite of enterprise business applications, including workforce management platforms, case management accelerators, and advanced identity and access management tools. These secure, scalable solutions are backed by Avid Systems' core expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration, process automation, Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development, and cloud infrastructure and modernization.

"We are honored to be selected by NASA as an awardee across all three SEWP VI categories," Esther Lazar, CEO at Avid Systems stated. "This award reflects our team's technical expertise and our commitment to building reliable, scalable IT solutions for government agencies. We look forward to leveraging the SEWP VI vehicle to help federal leaders modernize their technology infrastructure, optimize daily operations, and securely meet their mission objectives."

The SEWP VI contract features an effective ordering period of 10 years, running from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2036. This long-term vehicle offers federal agencies the ultimate flexibility to procure specialized IT solutions through a variety of customizable engagement models tailored to their specific mission needs.
