Avid Systems Launches Power Platform Internship Program

Washington, D.C. – March 16, 2026 – Avid Systems is now accepting applications for its first Power Platform Internship Program. This initiative is designed for students and recent graduates (U.S. residents) looking to build a career in the public sector tech space. Applications open March 16th.

The program focuses on bridging the gap between classroom theory and the specialized knowledge required to support government infrastructure. Our interns are integrated into project teams to observe and learn how enterprise applications are built using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including the responsible evaluation of AI-driven automation and predictive models for public sector use cases.

"Our goal is to help the next generation of tech specialists understand the unique challenges of the public sector," says Esther Lazar, CEO of Avid Systems. "This program is about providing a deep dive into how technology supports U.S. residents and giving interns the chance to learn from experts who manage these complex systems every day."

We are training future specialists in:

  • Power Platform Development
  • Business Analysis & QA
  • Power Platform DevOps/ALM

Depending on interns’ background, these roles may be paid internships (for candidates with prior technical or business experience) or unpaid/academic credit internships (for those primarily seeking training and experience).

If you want to gain hands-on experience in public sector modernization and learn from those leading the field, we invite you to apply.
